Shadow Hills, Ca where the price per square footage is great and the sunsets are even better. Here in Shadow Hills, some also consider it a part of Sunland since they both share the same zip code. The home prices are amazing for what you get price per square foot and the size of lot. Most homes in Shadow Hills are horse properties so majority of lots are close to a half acre, that means there is some elbow room form your next door neighbor. Housing Market is moving.... I just sold 9327 Hillrose, Sunland, CA. After the 1st open house I was proudly able to represent both Buyer and Seller on the transaction.
