Plus it is only minutes from 2 Golf courses... imagine being able to look out your window and see how crowded the golf course is? Here is a photo that was taken in the creek area by Shadow Hills, Ca. This whole area along the foothills is great for getting outdoors and seeing nature at the footsteps of your home. La Tuna Canyon, Shadow Hills, Sun Valley, Sunland, Lakeview Terrace. These areas offer the space needed to have horses and other farm animals right on your property. Also, you are so close to Burbank, The Studios, 5 freeway, 210 Freeway at a fraction of the cost. I really don't think Burbank has a half acre property for under $700k, or in that case, many other areas in the San Fernando Valley.

Last week I posted a picture of a sunset I took at the beach. I had a few inquires asking about the photo and if I took the picture, Yes, I did take the picture and it was taking at Malibu, Ca. Besides selling houses, I also have a passion for photography. The picture I posted last week was a last minute run out to Malibu to catch the sunset. You can also see more of my photos on Instagram at Jamessellz. I enjoy selling homes in the Shadow Hills area cause of being outdoors and close to all the mountains that are here. Always nice to look out and see the foothills.

Had a great time taking pictures of a new listing in Sun Valley,CA. I will have to say, my first time taking pictures of a home for sale and the whole time I had a little buddy following me around. He was very interested in taking selfies.?
